Do I need to pay anentrance fee to attend the event ?

No. Access to the event is free for professionals in the AEC sector, but a rigorous vetting system is in place to ensure that only qualified professionals participate.

Thanks to this targeted approach, RELEASE [AEC] will provide an environment conducive to fruitful collaborations.

Do I need to pay to attend the keynote sessions ?

No. Attending the keynote sessions is also free of charge for registered vetted attendees as our ambition is to provide you with all the keys to better understand and leverage technology, AI, and digital tools. However, spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can students attend the event ?

Students in architecture, interior design or building engineering can attend the event starting at 5:00 pm. You will have to register using your school / university email address.

Why on November 17, 2025 ?

The event will take place on Monday, November 17, which allows participants who are not based in the Paris region to spend a weekend in Paris. They will have the opportunity to visit the Paris Photo Fair as well as several photography events taking place during the week of November 15 in Paris.

What are the event hours ?

9.00 am to midnight allowing attendees to come even after working hours.

Can I invite my clients and prospects at the event ?

Yes. As a sponsor, you will receive a free promotional code to share with your clients and guests, allowing them to register at no cost. They will also be subject to the same vetting process.

Do I need to design and build my exhibition space ?

No. You do not need as we provide turnkey exhibition modules.

All exhibition spaces are designed using recycled materials, reflecting the AEC sector's commitment to sustainable practices.

All exhibition modules are designed to be easily assembled and disassembled, and therefore reused for future editions.

Do you provide computers for the demos ?

No but we have a supplier who can provide all type of IT equipment for your demos. You can also bring your own equipment.

If I rent a demo suite, what is included ? what is not ?

Signage at the entrance, chairs, video projectors, sound systems are included.

Hostesses are not as well as signage inside the conference rooms are not included.

Who is the organizer of the event ?

RELEASE [AEC] is produced and organized by RELEASE [EVENT] a company founded and managed by Philippe Brocart. We combine expertise in producing events and supporting the growth of digital and tech solution providers especially for the AEC community.
